What is the general return policy on Picktosave.com?

We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at picktosave.com, we assure you that all products sold on picktosave.com are brand new and 100% genuine. In case, the product you have received is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described', our Return policy has got you covered. Possible resolution could be Replacement or Refund depending on the case. Your return request will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier

  • Do you offer replacement?

    Yes we do offer replacement under the below mentioned conditions.

    1. Wrong order (wrong size, colour, quantity or material related issues)
    2. Defective product,
    3. Damaged product, or
    4. Significantly different from the description given by the merchant
    5. In case of bearings, return or exchange is not accepted once the seal or shield has been removed.

  • Do you accept product if the box is open?

    We are not able to accept returns in following cases:
    1. Product is used/worn or altered
    2. Physical damage to the box or to the product
    3. If returned without original packaging and accessories .
    4. If sealed package of branded products is open
    5. Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
    6. Specific Categories
    7. Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
    8. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
    9. Items like generators, ups, pumps, motors cannot be replaced once delivered

    In case of Return/Replacement, following conditions should satisfy:
    1. Product must be in its original condition
    2. Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products will be accepted
    3. Brand packaging should be intact
    4. Replacements will be made if product is available on website

  • How should I inform Picktosave about the return or damaged product?

    If you have received a damaged product or empty parcel or any item is missing or for any other reason you want to return product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order at our helpline number or email .

  • Can I cancel my product?

    In case of Cancellation, you need to call at our help line number or email at @ any point of time before confirmation of Shipment.

  • How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

    Once you request the cancellation of your order, it will take us a maximum of 24-48 hours to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund

  • Can Picktosave cancel my order?

    Picktosave may also want to cancel order under following scenarios:
    1. Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock
    2. Non-serviceable locations
    3. Restriction on quantity ordered
    4. Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department
    5. Incomplete or inaccurate address
    6. Other Business reasons based on Picktosave Discretion

    In case, customer opted for COD options, then before accepting order we require additional information from customer for verification. After verification, Picktosave can cancel order if there is any discrepancy in the information provided by customer

    In case we receive a cancellation notice from you with in 24 Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you within 10 to 15 days. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.

    If you have received a damaged product, please initiate a return on our website with in 3 days from the time of delivery. Our courier partner will pick the damaged product from your doorstep and will replace it with in 7 working days at no extra cost.
